TYPE O NEGATIVE: Dates With KINGDOM OF SORROW, SOIL Rescheduled

The first leg of TYPE O NEGATIVE's Jgermeister tour with KINGDOM OF SORROW and SOIL has been postponed until July after TYPE O's run with HATEBREED and 3 INCHES OF BLOOD.

The rescheduled dates are as follows:

July 01 - Starland Ballroom - Sayreville, NJ
July 02 - Trocadero - Philadelphia, PA
July 03 - House Of Blues - Cleveland, OH
July 04 - The NorVa - Norfolk, VA

There is no word yet on whether the Worcester, Massachusetts date (originally slated for May 9) will be rescheduled.

KINGDOM OF SORROW issued a MySpace bulletin last week blaming the postponement on "health issues with TYPE O NEGATIVE's lead singer Pete Steele."

TYPE O NEGATIVE in February released two special editions of its acclaimed new album, "Dead Again". The deluxe CD version contains a bonus DVD with exclusive live performances, interviews and studio videos. The discs are repackaged in a special red cover. A limited-edition triple-vinyl box set is also available and features "Dead Again" on high-quality 180-gram vinyl. The vinyl box set contains the bonus DVD, along with an exclusive t-shirt and mp3 files of the album.
